The selected candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored insurance solutions to protect their assets and enable our clients' peace of mind. This role is pivotal in driving our mission of delivering top-tier financial products and services. Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing client relationships. Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and areas for expansion. Provide personalized insurance advice based on each client's unique needs and circumstances. Stay up-to-date with new products and services offered by Farmers Insurance and the insurance industry. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the team's overall success. Handle client inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proven negotiation and closing skills Valid Property and Casualty Insurance License Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) or similar certification preferred.
