important. What makes Tuscana Properties unique: We provide our
agents with 5 - 10 tangible appoinments every…single…month. These
are leads that are actively scheduling an appointment, and have
already confirmed that they are interested in purchasing or selling
a home. Arguably the warmest leads you can get your hands on in the
real estate space. A compensation plan where our agents can expect
to make $100k on an annual basis. Almost all brokerages say this,
but we have not just the leads, but the training and continued
support to make it happen. We have listings - unlike many other
Teams that only work on Zillow Buyer Leads, we generate 100s of
leads a year form our own listings, and we have Open House
opportunities available each week for our agents to choose from.

team that are following our system are opening 2-3 escrows a month.

Full-time only Pay: $48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year Schedule:
