Australia. What You’ll Be Doing: As the Sr. Manager, Sales Strategy
& Operations, you will be a strategic partner to our CRO, helping
shape the future of our global sales organization. Your role will
be instrumental in driving revenue growth through data-driven
insights, strategic planning, and process optimization. You’ll lead
sales operations initiatives, manage key sales tools, and
collaborate across teams to ensure our sales engine runs
efficiently and effectively. *This position is onsite in
Pleasanton, CA.* Compensation Details Base Salary: $150,000 -
$180,000 Annual Bonus: Up to 10% Your Impact Partner closely with
the CRO to develop and refine our global sales strategy using
actionable insights and business analysis. Drive strategic
decision-making through strong data analytics, leveraging Excel and
SQL to identify trends and opportunities. Build and maintain
scalable reporting systems that provide senior leadership with
clear visibility into sales performance and business metrics.
Manage and optimize the usage of key sales tools including
Outreach, Revenue.io, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce. Collaborate with
the marketing team to improve the lead funnel and conversion rates
across the pipeline. Implement territory management strategies to
ensure optimal coverage and maximize revenue opportunities. Own the
sales forecasting process and develop proactive headcount and
planning models using historical data. Streamline the contract
process to support faster, more effective deal closures. Contribute
to the design and execution of incentive and compensation plans
that align with sales objectives and performance. What Sets You
Apart 7 years of experience in strategy and operations, preferably
in technology, SaaS, or media environments. Proven track record of
building and optimizing operational frameworks in fast-paced,
high-growth settings. Strong command of Excel and SQL for analysis;
familiarity with visualization tools like Power BI is a plus. Deep
understanding of sales and marketing functions and the tools that
support them. Experience with sales systems such as Salesforce,
Outreach, and Revenue.io. Highly analytical and detail-oriented
with excellent organizational and project management skills.
Collaborative leader and effective communicator with experience
influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Self-starter mindset with a passion for solving complex problems
