Job ResponsibilitiesTitle: Mng. Dir, Sales Operations & Demand
Management
Locations: Fremont/ Livermore, CA/ Tualatin, OR -Be an agent who
moves and influences customer-facing and internal stakeholders to
implement holistic equipment-needs planning and on-time tool
delivery solutions to enable both customer ramp success and
efficient order fulfillment performance. You will partner with
customer-facing, factory planning, and product group stakeholders
through three equipment delivery planning & platforms:Shipments
forecasting & factory demand managementSales support business
systemsStrategic demand planning for new products and longer
planning horizons -Use your strong understanding of semiconductor
wafer fab equipment market needs, to create a clear vision around
wafer fab customer value vectors and a results-driven style.
Implement processes that engage customers to aggregate holistic
demand and fulfill those needs through a differentiated
order-fulfillment experience. Ensure we efficiently meet our
performance commitments through continuous cycle time and change
management improvements. You will be the one source of truth for
the company's shipment forecast and for delivering to that
forecast.Job ResponsibilitiesShipments forecasting & demand
managementProvides shipment forecast and delivers predictable
financial results to quarterly and annual forecast
commitments.Establishes external and internal customer near term
demand aggregation and prioritization processes for new equipment
and system upgrades.Works with factory planning functions to
translate aggregate demand into factory capacity and provide
customers with delivery commitments that are competitive to market
needs.Ensures delivery performance enables customers to meet their
capacity ramp needs, while differentiating Lam through a holistic
order fulfillment experience.Develops and implements agile delivery
strategies to ensure order fulfillment performance supports
strategic business priorities.Provides timely and reliable
customer-facing communications collateral related to manufacturing.

partners.Manages executive escalations and customer supplier
assessment scorecards related to deliveries, and drives corrective
actions.Provides back-office support providing timely responses to
system configurations, non-standard requests, business terms and
conditions, specification requests.Systematically solves complex

systemsManages the company's order management processes and systems
to process customer orders at industry-class service levels while
meeting financial accounting & company reliability
standards.Designs, implements, and improves systems and business
processes to support the company's operational priorities.Operates
the primary system interfaces and portals to the global
customer-facing organizations.Implements targeted factory-driven
change management processes that customers view as most trusted in
the industry: timely and complete to minimize disruptions for our
customers.Strategic demand planningEnsures new product delivery
plans support product introduction milestones, and fold into the
one demand signal/interface to the factory.Works with
customer-facing organizations to develop equipment demand over
longer planning horizons, while holding factory planning
organizations to have required factory capacity in place to meet
long-term market needs.ManagementLeads and inspires a team of
professionals in meeting our business expectations.Develops talent
to meet our future needs.Minimum Qualifications10 years in wafer
fab capital equipment industry or wafer fab manufacturing.3 years
in a global, executive role in one or more of the following:
factory demand planning, sales/business operations, new product
introduction (operations), logistics, global management of supply
chain, factory, distribution, & service centers. In all cases, a
demonstrated track record of both a customer-orientation and
financial accountability will a pre-requisite for any candidate.2
years leading a global, multi-function organization with employees
in domestic and international locations.B. Sc in
Engineering/Sciences/Business Administration/ Management, or
MBA.Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills that
includes executive level engagements including customer
