Experience

Customer Service experience

Skills/Knowledge

Proficient in applicable computer skills with strong written and verbal communication skills

Problem solver skills

Understanding of products and apply features and benefits of different products

Be able to multi task

Strong basic mathematical skills, clerical and spelling skills
