Tech Consulting - ERP Apps Specialist II
Key Responsibilities:Work with the SVP - Global Delivery to
prioritise, plan and track across product, engineering and DevOps
teams to deliver successful client implementations.Take
responsibility for the successful delivery of a portfolio of client
implementation projects, ensuring effective prioritisation and
planning of product, engineering and DevOps activitiesRegularly and
efficiently communicate progress, performance and costs of
delivery.Communicating client feedback to Product team to inform
future product roadmap.Regularly and efficiently communicate
progress, performance and costs of delivery.Other
Duties:Proactively seek to optimise and improve our hybrid delivery
processes.Support Quality Assurance as part of the delivery
process.Representing the Delivery team in pre-sales, BAU and
support activities.RequirementsBe able to communicate well with
Product and Development teamsHave the ability to work well with
others and discuss technical issues with clientsBe able to be
self-directed and task-orientedHave great time management skills to
meet frequent and possibly conflicting deadlines and work
schedulesDisplay exceptional collaborative and team
skillsDemonstrate excellent communication skills including solid
written, verbal, and presentation skillsBe able to interact with
ease at the executive levelDemonstrate pro-active leadership
skillsHave excellent technical sales, consulting, or project
management experienceHave a Bachelor of Science degree or
