What to Expect As Spares Coordinator you will be responsible for monitoring inventory integrity and accuracy to include cycle count program build, execution and continual monitoring. You are in charge of handling RMA cases, contacting Maintenance & Engineering Teams in conjunction with Spares Planners to agree on processing of equipment repairs and documentation around all of this. You will be the link between our technical support team and outside vendor/ suppliers; you will ensure that all spare equipment exchanges are handled with great care and that our team of Spares Technicians receive parts in time. What You'll Do Support Maintenance in RMA creation and handoff for Spares processing.Report on RMA progress to relevant stakeholders, including planning, maintenance and engineering.Handle RMA review process, quoting process with suppliers and purchase order issuance.Perform RMA process and inventory transactions in Flux.Handle shipping and receiving activities of outbound and inbound RMAs.
Work hand in hand with warehouse team on shipping and equipment returns to the warehouse.Handle and assist prepaid parts' cycle count audits.Handle projects as assigned. What You'll Bring Work experience within Logistic or Distribution center environment.Familiarity with international outbound shipping requirements of components via common freight carriers.
Ability to work with cross functional team showing ownership to resolve issues.
Strong logic skill in problem solving ability.
Must be reliable, committed, quality focused and a self-starter.
Proven ability with Excel & Outlook to record and share information internally and with 3rd party providers as authorized.
Must have good command of the English language, both written and verbal.

  Expected Compensation
  $18.00 - $58.00/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
