The Sanmina Fremont facility is a full-service enclosure systems solution manufacturing plant. Located in California's Silicon Valley, this facility produces low-to-mid volume New Product Introduction (NPI) runs to full-scale volume. In addition, this location offers in-house painting capabilities and flexible logistics solutions in distribution, inventory management and hubbing, as well as repair services.

Job Purpose:

Performs functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies and final assemblies.

Nature of Duties/ Responsibilities:

* Performs functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies and final assemblies.
* Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments or equipment.
* Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.
* Able to read and understand the schematic diagrams, blueprints, product manuals, process documents, and gather information regarding its parts, fixtures, tools, etc.
* To set up, arrange, and operate equipment as per the specifications and instructions from the supervisor.
* To assemble parts or components to build a whole new product.
* To contribute in fitting, building, or reconstruction of various parts to ensure smooth process of component amalgamation.
* To perform regular test and inspection procedures to ensure that the product is formed in accordance with the specifications

Education & Experience:

* Requires a minimum of 2 years semi conductor integration experience and technical knowledge.
* Associate Degree
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize work load to meet strict deadlines under supervision
* Read and understand prints and drawings.
