Strong client relationships are based on trust, assessing and attending to customers' banking needs, obtaining and processing customer and account information, educating clients on available deposit and loan products and services, and recommending financial solutions based on each customer's unique goals and needs.Virtual Client Relationship Consultants will focus on creating central relationships for the bank. They will work as market employees and collaborate accross all business lines to create strong primacy, depth, and engagement with our customers. They will also be working in an agile environment where they will be participating in agile processes and strategy. There is a strong digital component to this role. They will empower our customers with our digital features and processes. This is an accelerated role where the Virtual Client Relationship Consultant will be asked to be fluid and restorative with their processes. In addition to servicing our customers virtually, they will be responsible for participating in projects and creating strong partnerships throughout our market. Must be available to attend and participate in market events and engagement opportunities in the San Francisco Bay Market.

This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. - High school diploma or equivalent
- Five or more years of customer service experience
- Five or more years of sales experience

Preferred Skills/Experience- Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up
- Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients

  • Thorough knowledge of retail product philosophy, policy, procedures, documentation and systems
  • Advanced knowledge of all retail products and services
  • Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in participating in sales campaigns/promotions
  • Strong mathematical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in the financial services industry preferred
