The Technology Diverse Segments, Representation & Inclusion group (TDSRI) defines Technology's strategic approach to DSRI and drives Technology's business strategy forward by delivering marketplace outcomes through partnerships and across customer segments, as well as workforce outcomes by attracting and retaining diverse talent and supporting inclusive culture and values.
This role will be supporting TDSRI's external engagement, community partnerships, and diverse talent pipelines (DTP). -This role will report to the Operational Initiatives Manager and be responsible for providing support and structure to execute deliverables in support of external partnerships and DTP including, but not limited to:
Defining and executing process to vet third party partnerships and communicating status and results of process.
Tracking recruiting demand across WFT for all DTP including cohort programs and conference, associations, and career fairs.
Defining process for hiring cohort based programs, including communication strategy and partnering with recruiting to ensure compliant selection and assessment process in place.
Consulting with internal and external parties to coordinate speaking engagements, conference/career fair events, interviews, and a variety of other external engagements.
Developing presentations for executive level leadership meetings
Providing DTP program management support through the development of overall cohort experience including detailed plans, driving the execution of the plans and analysis of the results to ensure progress against the goals.
Providing DTP program management support for enterprise programs that WFT participates in, providing WFT experience while filling any gaps enterprise programming doesn't address.

Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in business systems analysis or design as demonstrated through work, military, or education
3 + years of technology project management experience
7+ years of experience creating pivot tables and performing data analysis in Excel

Desired Qualifications
Deep knowledge and understanding of operation work flows/processes
Deep knowledge and understanding of governance and compliance expected from providing solutions in systems and technology domains
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities

Knowledge and experience attending or coordinating external engagements, including working with M&E, and/or conferences, association meetings, and career fairs
Experience with non-profit and third-party suppliers, Aribi, and the contract/SOW lifecycle
Passion for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Experience with Agile framework
Enterprise experience and/or vast knowledge of Wells Fargo cohort-based talent programs (University Programs, Glide, Veteran Initiative, etc.)
High Emotional Intelligence/EQ
