This is a newly created role due to the rapid expansion of their
business, focusing on account management of existing clients. You

beyond, so confidence, positivity, and professionalism are keys to
success in this role.
-Bachelor's degree in communication or a technical field or
- Experience in customer service or customer support
- Clerical abilities

This individual will be responsible for the following:
- Managing customer orders in a database
- Following up and tracking orders
- interacting with clients on the phone and in-person
- Troubleshooting technical issues with clients.
Empathy, intelligence, and technical savvy are keys to success in

The selected candidate will be responsible for tracking purchase
orders, working with sales and technical teams, and gaining
significant product knowledge in order to provide information about
