WE ARE HIRING HARVEST CELLAR HANDS! Come join us for harvest season 2025 at VintEdge Winery in the Napa Valley, California.WHEN: August-November 2025 (with potential to start earlier or stay later)WHERE: VintEdge Winery, Napa, California, USAPAY: $20-24/hour + overtimeWHO WE ARE: A premium winery that offers custom winemaking services to high-end Napa Valley winemakersWINES WE WORK WITH: Primarily premium Cabernet Sauvignon and Bordeaux varietals, but also Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, Zinfandel & SyrahJOB DESCRIPTION:-Clean and sanitize bins, tanks, pumps, crush equipment etc.-Run the fruit processing line (dump fruit into hopper with forklift, multitask to remove byproducts, monitor additions and juice bleeds)-Fermentation management (stir barrels, punchdowns, various styles of pumpovers including automatic setups, PulsAir technology, delestage)-Take brix & temperature measurements, inoculate wine lots, make precise additions-Drain/dig out red tanks, run the press, fill barrels, ensure separation between client lots-Post pressing wine management (pull samples, inoculate for malolactic fermentation, add sulfur, top off barrels, rack and return barrel work)WHY WORK WITH US:-Brand new winemaking facility featuring top-of-the line equipment and technology-Work with multiple 100 point winemakers and different winemaking styles-See the full scope of the winemaking process from vineyard visits to bottling-Educational experience: detailed safety and task training, forklift operation lessons and certification, team tastings -Be closely involved in a variety of hands-on winemaking tasks-Team-oriented environment-Full-time job available for a good fit with our teamTO APPLY:Send a resume and cover letter to jobs@vintedgewinery.com.
