As a physician-owned and operated company, our community-based facilities offer a personalized experience.We are currently seeking an X-Ray Technologist at our Fremont location. This position will be Part-Time, weekend coverage.Qualifications:* Certified by the State of California Department of Health Services in Diagnostic Radiology (CRT) or Limited X-Ray Technician (LXT) certification* American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) preferred* Active CPR/BLS Certification* Education: High School Diploma or GED certificate and A.S. Degree or higher in Radiological Technology from an accredited school* Familiarity with outpatient x-ray workflow* At least 1 year of experience in outpatient clinic preferredDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Prepare patients for radiologic procedures including gathering patient history and screening.2. Complete X-Ray exams following established procedures for patient care and safety.3. Ensure equipment is in working order; report equipment malfunctions to management.4. Process and upload patient paperwork using RIS & PACS and communicate with radiologists as necessary to ensure distribution of radiology report and coordination of follow-up care.5. Maintain examination rooms. Stock necessary medical and radiologic supplies.LANGUAGE SKILLS:1. Ability to communicate in English both verbally and written.2. Bilingual in Spanish Preferred.2. Excellent interpersonal skills.3.
