Key Responsibilities: CSR will be responding to incoming phone calls, fax inquiries and emails from customers and supporting the national sales team. Apply the proper telephone etiquette to satisfy various customer situations. Doing Data Entry on a regular basis. Respond for quotes and assisting sales team with order status - Job Requirements:Skills & Experience: 1-2 years of customer support role with trade inquires and customer quotations. - Comfortable working in Microsoft Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook. Typing speed of 35 wpm. Spanish speaking is a plus Education: HS Diploma or Associate Degree Equipment Used: Phone, Computer, Fax, Scanner Physical Requirements: Sitting, talking & typing for extended periods of time Qualities Preferred: Detail-oriented, well organized, works well under pressure, ability to multi-task and hard working. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
