We are currently seeking an Employee Communications Coordinator who will support the creation and delivery of storytelling moments focused on engaging and inspiring our team members. You will write copy, edit, and execute the delivery of content on multiple channels, including our employee intranet and email tools, while acting as our vendor liaison with our technology platform partners and as the primary point of contact for cross-functional users. Additionally, this role will offer administrative support to team leadership and our cross-functional communication and engagement councils and will support special projects as needed.This position reports directly to the Director of Employee Communications and Engagement.What You'll Do - Key Accountabilities
      • Provide support and project management to the Employee Communication and Engagement team
      • Support communication channels, including email and intranet, by publishing content and delivering corporate messaging
      • Offer first-level technical support to create a collaborative solution between the Tailored Technology team and vendors
      • Support operational deliverables including calendar management, data reports and invoice processing
      • Lead the communication intake process

        Skills & ExperienceThe right candidate will be a creative person with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to negotiate and compromise to find solutions. In addition, they will possess the following:
        • Solid copywriting and editing skills
        • A meticulous approach to work and an eye for detail
        • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
        • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
        • Ability to create and foster productive business partnerships, collaborate and embrace change
        • Experience working with and managing content delivery via communications technology channels
        • An interest in storytelling and the development of a story, including doing research, writing, editing and soliciting feedbackQualifications
          • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Creative Writing or related field and a minimum of two years of relevant experience
          • Experience using Microsoft Office 365 business tools including Teams, Word, PowerPoint, One Drive and SharePoint
          • Strong PowerPoint skills
          • Experience using WordPress or similar content management system
