The Manager of Program Management for Supply Chain will own and
manage all aspects of the transformation roadmap across the global
supply chain ecosystem for Facebook. The leader will be critical to
aligning key business stakeholders, the supply chain design and
systems teams, information technology, and related external
partners to deliver global infrastructure at multi-billion user
Manager, Program Management, Supply Chain Responsibilities
- Establish, reinforce and operate robust and appropriate Program
Management practices to ensure quality delivery of solution, on
time, and guaranty the realization of the business objectives and
benefits (e.g. baseline and measure).
Manage scope, timeline, and project plan management, resources
models, and estimates, documentation management projects,
reporting, metrics, and communication, and change management.
Work with IT, Supply Chain Design, business stakeholders and
external partners (i.e. suppliers, vendors, consultants) to
implement solutions that enable the infrastructure supply chain
Collaborate with leadership teams and establish customer/partner
approach to represent programs and transformation across the
organization and partners.
Domestic and international travel is required.
- Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline.
5+ years of experience operating in a supply chain
E2E Supply Chain business processes knowledge (e.g. plan,
source, make/deliver, deploy) and related support functions, such
as Master Data Management or Product Lifecycle Management, in a
5+ years of experience in operating in a Program Management
Office or equivalent.
Knowledge and experience working with IT across the supply chain
functions, to include different technical environments such as
multiple out of the shelf technologies and custom build.
Experience leading cross-functional mission critical systems
infrastructure and programs.
