Job Description Position Summary The Sr. Photolithography
Engineer must have direct process experience on ASML equipment at
248 nm and above. The person will develop novel processes on
different substrates. The candidate must have a successful track
record of developing novel solutions in photolithography. The
candidate must have superb communication skills and passion to work
in a highly dynamic and energetic startup environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions
include, but are not limited to the following: Strong aptitude for
research and development, and ability to build
manufacturing-friendly technologies Understanding of optics
including the principles and application of DUV lithography.
Data science and programming experience/coursework are strongly
preferred Knowledge or Experience with chemical process specific to
Knowledge or Experience with photolithography applications
Understanding of material properties and characterization
techniques of lithography Ability to work well with others in a
highly collaborative environment, as well as independently, with a
strong sense of ownership Excellent analytical skills and strong
communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) PhD
degree in Materials Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering or an
equivalent field plus 5 years of post-PhD experience.
Strong understanding of lithography and able to adapt to different
materials Demonstrated experience with technical problem solving
and collaborative innovation.
Demonstrated experience working with external and internal
A fast learner, able to adapt to the culture and the technology in
a dynamic environment

Requirements of the Sr. Epi Engineer are: Regularly required to
