quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines;
recommending improved procedures.
*Job is currently remote but
candidate must be open to commuting and working in office in SAN
RAMON, CA if and when needed

Minimum 1-2 years of Customer
Service. Proficiency in MS Word & Excel Ability to type 30 WPM
Score 80% or higher on three assessments: - call center customer
service scenarios - call center data entry - call center listening
skills - Ability to work in a fast paced environment and knowledge
of working with computer software programs if the candidate has
worked in a fast paced call center before.
