Ultimate Staffing is currently seeking a strong warehouse and inventory associate to join our client in Fremont. The client is a leading manufacturer to electronic equipment. This position can be temp-to-hire for the right candidate. Hours for the role are Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.The ideal candidate will have experience with inventory, as well as some shipping experience. The candidate will need to be proficient with computers as this position will require some data entry with Excel as well. The client has a tight knit culture and is seeking someone who is adaptable and has a positive attitude. The person in this role will be responsible for, but not limited to the following duties.Responsibilities:* Assemble, address, stamp, and ship merchandise or material.* Unpack, verify, and record incoming merchandise or material.* Create commercial invoices.* Perform other administrative duties as assigned.* Qualifications:Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or other related fields.* Ability to handle physical workload.* Ability to multitask and prioritize.* Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment.* Knowledge and experience with Excel and shipping applications: FedEx, DHL, UPS.* Strong organizational skills.We are an equal opportunity employer and make hiring decisions based on merit.
