Description:Will be Assembling bumpers for Tesla cars after they have been painted. Bumper comes in 3 parts will assemble with a partner until machines are up and running, there is a welding station and assembly station. will attached the parts of the bumper, use small hand tools, use small plastic screws, screen gun, drills, and buffer to assemble the parts together. Once assembled will place completed bumpers on the rack for shipping. Will wear gloves while handling the bumpers. Comfortable with lifting up to 40lbs and continuous movement. Must be okay with repetitive motion.Skills:Assembly, Assembly Line, Hand Tool, Final Assembly, BlueprintTop Skills Details:1. Reliable (Attendance) 2. Being flexible with working 6 days a week including Saturday and Sunday and switching to AWS schedule in the future (3 days on, 4 days off and 4 days on, 3 days off) 3. Open minded and willing to learn4. Physical lifting (20lbs-40lbs)5. Working in a fast pace environmentWork Schedule: Day Shift:

• Monday-Sunday
• Working 6 Days A Week With 1 Day Off Swing Shift:
  • 3:00PM-11:30PM
  • Monday-Sunday
  • Working 6 Days A Week With 1 Day Off Graveyard Shift:
    • 11:00PM-7:30AM
    • Monday-Sunday
    • Working 6 Days A Week With 1 Day Off Will Switch to AWSSchedule on January 10th 2021: Day Shift:
      • 7:00AM-7:00PM
      • Alternate Work Schedule: 1 Week Work 4 Days 10 Hour Shifts, 1 Week Work 3 Days 12 Hours ShiftsNight Shift:
        • 7:00PM-7:00AM
