Job Responsibilities Are you excited by building new programs
and services? We're looking for someone with proven success
implementing and managing employee engagement initiatives. We
recognize the importance of employee engagement and a strong
culture in a company's success, and the employee engagement program
manager will play a big role in advancing our culture and improving
how we inspire and engage our teams.
Manage our employee engagement pulse survey, which gives
employees an opportunity to provide ongoing feedback about our
company. This feedback helps us understand our organizational
strengths and areas of opportunity.
Analyze survey results to create innovative solutions that drive
a positive change in our employee experience and culture.
Assess and help evolve the employee experience, from onboarding
to exit, that clearly reflects Lam's values, and in turn, serves as
the foundation our employee value proposition.
Project manage the design, development, and implementation of
various employee engagement programs and initiatives.
Drive an employee-centric focus across our processes and
programs by partnering with HR functional and business partners to
integrate our shared core values and behaviors into people
processes and programs.
Create engagement activities (events, meetings, speaker series,
etc.) designed to inspire people to drive effective teamwork,
communicaiton, and collaboration across different groups.
Create and execute communication campaigns to raise awareness of
our core values and bolster our culture.
Help promote our corporate awards program to recognize team
members who champion our culture.
Report on key program information, budgets, metrics, and
insights. Conduct regular program reviews focused on data-based
lessons learned and forward-looking improvements.
Minimum Qualification Experience with employee experience
journey mapping and process improvements.
Demonstrated expertise in change management.
Experience with the Glint survey tool.
