Position Title: Air Export Clerk Location: South San Francisco, CA Qualifications: Multi-tasking, detail-oriented, and team player essential. Prior freight forwarding and/or logistics experience a plus. Responsibilities: To operate all jobs under the proper & timely usage of Dimerco Value Plus System, including data & sales/costs entry Maintain services toward customer's satisfactions & excellency through good communication & coordination with customer/carriers & affiliated business suppliers/partners Handle & co-ordinate Air Export shipment internally & externally with customers, Dimerco offices/agent to ensure the shipment executed smoothly in daily basis Generate internal Debit Notes for Dimerco offices/agents Sending of pre-alert to overseas agents Monitor & handle AE Custom declarations Follow-up & update shipment information related to AE & Brokerage Other assignments by management Dimerco is an equal employment opportunity employer.
