We’re seeking an Antitrust Attorney with deep experience in complex litigation and regulatory matters who is eager to deliver exceptional client service without sacrificing personal balance. Responsibilities Lead, manage and litigate complex antitrust cases involving mergers, monopolization and unfair competition. Advise clients on compliance with federal and state antitrust laws including DOJ and FTC investigations. Develop strategic approaches to investigations, enforcement actions and litigation. Mentor and collaborate with junior attorneys while driving excellence across client deliverables. Qualifications JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing. 5 years of experience in antitrust litigation, investigations or counseling. Strong knowledge of the Sherman Act, Clayton Act and FTC Act. Proven ability to manage complex matters, communicate effectively and deliver high-quality client service.
