  • Interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics to verify parts, assemblies, wiring, and components are built to specification
  • Using expertise with components, identify needed corrections (redlines) to documents
  • Safely power up and install software on tools
  • Perform mechanical alignment, calibration, and testing to operationalize tools per specifications
  • Document bring-up details and create procedures
  • Inspect build quality
  • Communicate progress and issues with project managers
  • Travel to customer sites for installation and field serviceQualifications:
    • Pursuing or obtained a BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Software)
    • Experience with CAD (e.g. SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and PLC programming software (e.g. TwinCAT, GXWorks)
    • Proficiency using hands tools, test equipment in manufacturing (wrenches, drills, multimeters, etc.)
    • Ability to comprehend technical documentation like manuals and datasheets
    • Basic understanding of industrial machinery and functionality
    • Legally authorized to work in the United States
    • Willingness to travel for customer support domestically and internationally
    • Strong communication, organization, and information conveyance skills
