recruiting, human resources, business development, business
operations or account management. 2 years of recruiting experience
at an agency or in-house recruiting team. Preferred qualifications:
3 years of experience recruiting for technical or non-technical
profiles in an agency or corporate setting. Experience closing
candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages leveraging
experience with engaging for top technical talent. Experience
solving complex problems and delivering significant impact as a
unique contributor. Ability to handle customer relationship
management and work in a large-team environment, with excellent
customer consultative skills. Excellent communication and people
management skills, with the ability to take initiative and build
strong, productive relationships. Proven track record of personal
accountability with excellent work ethic, integrity, and proven

position is $111,000-$159,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary
ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the
range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant

specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring

Responsibilities Operate as a full-lifecycle recruiter driving
L4-L5 technical talent acquisition by both building pipeline and
closing candidates. Provide an efficient and high-touch experience
for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating
skill level, driving the interview process and offer process,
including reference checks, salary recommendations and closing of
candidates. Source active and passive candidates through employee
referrals, networking, internal databases, contact lists and
research. Negotiate complex offers to close candidates by
leveraging and partnering with executive management, and other
groups as necessary. Communicate effectively with the interview
team to ensure preparedness during the interview process. Share and
exchange information with all levels of management.
