Gardner Health Services is currently recruiting to fill a Clinical Supervisor and Trainer position. This is a full-time, 40 hour/week position in the Behavioral Health Department. Under the direction of the Clinical Training Manager, the Clinical Supervisor and Trainer is responsible for supporting and advancing the clinical competence of Gardners Specialty Mental Health Clinical Workforce. The Clinical Supervisor and Trainer will be responsible for engaging directly with clinical employees. They will offer direct 1:1 and group clinical supervision, facilitate clinical trainings, and coordinating case conferencing when neededThis recruitment will remain open until filled. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.Graduate form an accredited college or university with a Masters degree in Behavioral Science (e.g., Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work).State of California LCSW or LMFT license.
