New Compensation and Benefits Manager Search- Low Cost of Living

I am reaching out to you today for your help and because of your
expertise. Our client is an industry leading manufacturing
organization that has enjoyed year-over-year organic growth. They
have a manufacturing footprint that provides solutions for some of
the largest global organizations across multiple industries. They
have asked us to help identify a hands-on Compensation and Benefits
Manager reporting directly to the Vice President Human Resources.
This leader will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the
compensation and benefits strategy. This key position will be
instrumental to ensuring that team members are supported
holistically in their wellness, including physical and mental
health. They are committed to hiring the best of the best and have
not to disqualify candidates due to compensation. Targeted total
compensation package will depend on experience but can range into
the high 100K's range (lucrative base + bonus) and will be based in
the greater Modesto, CA area. This is a succession planning hire;
they are looking for someone capable of promotion taking on
additional HR responsibilities within the first 24-36 months.
Responsibilities include the following:
Compensation and Benefits Strategy: Develop and implement a pay for
performance and 360-degree health strategy that supports the
attraction, retention, and engagement of top talent. Compensation
Management: Lead the design, implementation, and administration of
competitive compensation programs, including salary structures,
incentive plans, and recognition programs. Benefits Administration:
Oversee the management and administration of team member benefits
programs, including health, dental, vision and wellness
initiatives. Leave Management: Develop and administer policies and
procedures related to leave management, ensuring compliance with
state and federal regulations and fostering a supportive and
inclusive work environment. Compliance and Governance: Stay abreast
of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure
compliance and mitigate risks related to compensation and benefits.
Vendor Management: Partner with external vendors and consultants to
optimize service delivery and maximize the value of outsourced
programs and services. Analytics and Reporting: Analyze key metrics
and trends to assess the effectiveness of total rewards programs
and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Change Management: Lead change management efforts related to total
rewards initiatives, ensuring effective communication, training,
and stakeholder engagement. Culture and Engagement: Foster a
culture of wellness, inclusivity, and engagement by promoting our
value of 360-degree health and providing resources and support for
team members' personal and professional growth. HRIS Support:
Provide support to optimize the system to support compensation and
benefits execution.
