Develop recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates
through various recruitment tools. Evaluate the strengths and
weaknesses of candidates through screening and interviews.
Negotiate hourly wages, salaries, benefits, and other terms and
conditions of employment with candidates. Oversee pre-employment
steps including reference checks and background/drug tests. Manage
contract employees while on assignment. Work with Latitude 36
Account Managers to place qualified candidates at target client
accounts. Communicate effectively with others in order to create a
productive and diverse environment. Maintain relationships with
industry contacts to gain industry knowledge and get referrals.
Position is in Fremont, CA.
Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Marketing, or
Business Administration plus 6 months experience OR Bachelor's
Degree plus 4 years experience
Strong organizational and multi-taking skills. Proficient in the
use of Word/Outlook and ATS. Ability to work independently and
thrive in a high volume, fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to grow and maintain relationships with technical recruits.
Prior technology recruiting experience preferred. Experience
working with Job Boards, Social Media, Professional Networks, and
Referral Networks for the recruitment of qualified candidates
preferred. Excellent work ethic, and a desire to grow your career
in a challenging and rewarding industry.
