Solutions that get straight to the heart of what's needed now, and the momentum to solve what's coming next.--Job DescriptionPosition Summary:--Q'apel is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join the growing team to play a driving role in supporting the growth of one of Q'apel's most important assets--our talent! As Recruiting Coordinator, you will be an ambassador of our recruiting process, ensuring a candidate experience that truly embodies Q'Apel's mission and values. You will work directly with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and their teams.Essential Job Responsibilities:
    • Oversee all coordination and logistics of interview scheduling for all interview stages across our organization
    • Be an advocate for the candidate, relaying important information and questions to the appropriate people and ensuring they have all the information needed at every step
    • Manage candidate flow and meticulously track candidates throughout the interview process via the ATS
    • Ensure 100% data integrity across all candidates and reqs you manage in the ATS
    • Proactively manage recruiting calendars and interview schedules
    • Book and coordinate candidate travel
    • Coordinate and confirm interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
    • Build enduring relationships with hiring managers and interview teams by providing thought-partnership and solutions to hiring managers around interview logistics and keeping them informed as needed
    • Partner with Recruiters and the business to extend offers and track offer acceptances to ensure traction against recruiting goals
    • Ability to think creatively with a focus on continuously improving core process delivery tools and systems - primarily supporting the candidate experience from recruiting to onboarding
      QualificationsEducation and Experience (in years):--
      • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or business field; or Associate degree and 3 years of relevant experience; or high school degree/general education diploma and 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
      • 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination (or other HR coordination functions)
        Knowledge and Skills:--
        • Ability to think creatively with a focus on continuously improving core process delivery tools and systems - primarily supporting the candidate experience from recruiting to onboarding.
        • Thrive in high-volume, fast-paced and feedback driven environments.
        • Have proven yourself exceptionally organized and a guru of multi-tasking projects
        • Are highly self-motivated to quickly solve problems & addressing roadblocks.
        • Leverage expert written and oral communication skills consistently to internal partners & and external clients.
        • Have a proven track record of delighting clients & exercising your customer service mindset
        • Have a demonstrated bias to action and a knack for accuracy, creativity and thinking outside the box.
        • Experience working with HR Systems such as ADP, Greenhouse and similar systems.
        • Strong documentation, organization, communication, and collaboration skills.
        • Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
        • Positive, self-motivated individual who can complete goals independently.
        • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills; desire to partner with stakeholders to improve processes.
        • Proficient skill in using a variety of computer applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, etc.
        • Knowledge of job description creation.
