Position Summary Arch and Tower is on the lookout for a Lead Food Runner to lead our service team’s support staff while delivering a welcoming, fun, and distinctive guest experience to our guests. Responsibilities: Ensure accurate and timely set up of kitchen areas for lunch and dinner service as directed Expedite tickets & run food during service, Assist other support staff in executing proper sequence of service Anticipate business flows and needs and proactively set up back stocks to minimize outages and service disruptions Work diligently with service and kitchen team and communicate effectively with other support staff to maintain high level of guest experience throughout service. Perform additional tasks as requested such as bussing, bar and kitchen support Maintain station cleanliness and sanitation standards in both FOH and BOH Coordinate and ensure completion of set-up, side work and closing tasks as assigned and/or directed in a timely manner Responsible for confirming completion of opening & closing checklists of all support staff – assist as needed to ensure all side work is completed in a timely manner & to restaurant’s standards. Minimum Qualifications Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed (must have flexible schedule). Commitment to deliver an outstanding customer experience Effective communication skills Preferred Qualifications General knowledge and enthusiasm for craft distilling and spirits Physical Requirements/Work Environment: Works outdoors/indoors Works in warm/cold climates Works in high places Works on wet surfaces Is exposed to loud noise, fumes and/or toxic chemicals Works near moving, mechanical parts and lift truck traffic Must be able to move up to 55 lbs Must be at least 21 years of age. Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time and work on a computer for extended periods. Lifting may be required.
