Job Description Job Description Full-Time NP PA Opportunity Job Summary Are you searching for an outpatient NP PA job in Pleasanton . Join our adult primary care team in the East Bay, where we prioritize: Manageable Workload: 18–22 patients/day Predictable Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:30 AM–6 PM; no nights, no weekends Low Admin Burden: Efficient EMR templates, dedicated support staff Respect & Autonomy: Lead your own patient care with MD collaboration AI scribe assistance which directly imports into the EMR system reducing time to document significantly Compensation: Base Pay Range: $150,000 - $185,000 for 1 FTE 40 hours per week based on experience and expertise. Annual fixed bonus paid every year: upto $10,000 based on the 1 FTE Additional Variable Annual performance based bonus: We pay per patient bonus annually above certain number of patient seen in a year 401k match: 4% 401k Profit sharing: Only for exceptional performers we might add profit sharing too. Only applicable for 1 FTE.
