Physical Therapist (Full-Time, Permanent) Job Type: Permanent, Full Time Shift: Days Position Urgency: Normal Job Summary The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients based on physician referrals. This role involves developing and implementing individualized evaluation and treatment programs using a variety of therapeutic procedures and modalities. The goal is to restore muscle strength, range of motion, coordination, and body alignment, manage pain, and improve overall movement and functional ability. All duties are performed in accordance with the applicable State Practice Act.
