Pediatric Neurology Locums Job in California Ongoing and Up To
Full-Time Coverage Details/Requirements for Assignment : Active
California medical license required Clean malpractice background
highly preferred Board Certification required Fellowship preferred
Dates of Need: Starting early 2026, pending credentialing. Ongoing
clinic assignment with shared nights/weekend call Work Type: Mix of
inpatient and outpatient, consisting of 6-7 half-day clinics per
week plus on-call duties Clinic Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30
AM to 5:00 PM Commitment: Can be Full Time or Part Time; the
facility is willing to accept rotating physicians (e.g., 2 weeks
on/off) 250 bed hospital Patient volume: 5-10 patients per 24-hour
call shift California license required Patient Volume: The
physician will typically round on 0-4 patients per day
Admissions/Discharges: Handled by the Pediatric resident team
Procedures: The physician is required to read EEGs Stroke Protocol:
Code strokes are not handled on-site; risks identified early are
transferred Support: includes one full-time NP, one MA, and one
