Job Description Job Description Licensure/Certification Qualifications: Radiology – (1.0 FTE) Hayward, WI PRACTICE SPECIFICS: Full or Part-Time Diagnostic Radiologist needed (0.6-1.0 FTE) Hybrid position with opportunity to work remotely 50% of the time and on-site in Hayward, WI, 50% of the time. Ideal practice for work/life balance! Typical workday is 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. No call, no weekends. Flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week, if desired. Generous time off. Fantastic location to call home. Excellent compensation with guaranteed minimum. Solo radiology practice in smaller community (where your expertise is sought after and valued) – with the consultation support from a nearby group of 16 radiologists in Duluth, Minnesota (about 1 ½ hours west of Hayward) REQUIREMENTS: Excellent general radiology skills – including mammography, stereotactic biopsies, and procedures in fluoroscopy and ultrasound. Basic general interventional capability including paracentesis and thoracentesis BE/BC Radiology LOCATION: 73 miles from Duluth, MN; 140 miles from Minneapolis/St. Paul Hayward is a regional vacation mecca. People come here to enjoy the festivals, fishing, swimming, golfing, and to stroll the small-town streets - stopping to buy a piece of freshly made fudge or a pair of moccasins. Each year, the Hayward/Cable area hosts two of the world’s top racing events – the American Birkebeiner cross country ski races in February and the Chequamegon Fat Tire bicycle races in September. Service area population: 8,000 in the winter months; 24,000 in the summer months. COMPENSATION $571,000 base or equal share of pool. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
