Job Description:

Hope Services, a dedicated provider of comprehensive services for individuals with developmental disabilities in the Bay Area, is looking for a compassionate and professional Licensed Mental Health Clinician who is fluent in Spanish. In this role, the clinician will provide high-quality mental health therapy to Spanish-speaking children and adults with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds and possess the ability to deliver tailored, empathetic care to enhance our clients' quality of life. Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate the mental health and emotional needs of Spanish-speaking clients. Develop and implement treatment plans based on clients’ needs, preferences, and goals. Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions in Spanish. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for all clients. Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary. Maintain confidential client records and report progress notes. Advocate for clients and connect them with additional resources within the community. Participate in ongoing professional development to improve clinical skills. Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English. Proven ability to diagnose and treat mental and emotional disorders. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience with therapeutic interventions for developmental disabilities. Certification in clinical supervision is preferred.
