Registered Nurse (RN) Acute Care for a nursing job in Fremont,

days, evenings, nights Employment Type: Staff Registered Nurse (Med
Surg / ICU / Ortho) – Full-Time, Permanent Fremont, NE Salary
Range: $38.00 – $51.70/hour (based on experience) Shifts: Days or
Nights | 12-hour shifts | Every 3rd weekend Sign-On Bonus Available
Permanent Position – Not a Travel Contract About the Role Join a
collaborative acute care nursing team providing high-quality
patient care across Medical-Surgical, Orthopedic, and Critical Care
units. This full-time, permanent position offers safe staffing
ratios, supportive leadership, and a culture focused on
professional growth and work-life balance. Highlights Safe patient
ratios: Med Surg: 4:1 (Days) / 5:1 (Nights) Critical Care: 2:1
(ICU) / 3:1 (Progressive Care) Orthopedic: 4:1 (Days) / 5:1
(Nights) No mandatory floating or cross-training (optional if
desired) 12-week structured onboarding program with a dedicated
preceptor and mentor Pathway to Excellence® designated hospital —
one of the few in Nebraska Self-scheduling system and holiday
rotation (2 per year, double-time pay) Day and Night shifts
available with differentials Patient Types Med Surg: CHF, COPD,
pneumonia, wounds, detox/withdrawal Surgical: Joint replacements,
pacemakers, TURP, general surgical cases Critical Care: Cardiac,
respiratory, DKA, ARDS, A-fib Requirements Active RN license
(Nebraska or Compact) New graduates welcome and encouraged to
