Northern California! Overview We are seeking a dedicated and
skilled X-ray Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging
procedures using X-ray equipment to assist in the evaluation and
treatment of patients. This role requires a strong understanding of
anatomy and physiology, as well as the ability to work effectively
in a fast-paced medical environment. Duties Perform X-ray
examinations on patients, ensuring high-quality images for
diagnostic purposes. Prepare patients for procedures by explaining
the process and ensuring their comfort. Position patients correctly
to capture accurate images while adhering to safety protocols.
Maintain and operate X-ray equipment, ensuring it is functioning
properly and safely. Collaborate with physicians and other
healthcare professionals to discuss imaging results and assist in
diagnostic evaluations. Adhere to aseptic techniques and infection
control protocols during procedures. Document patient information,
imaging results, and any relevant observations in medical records.
Stay updated on advancements in medical imaging technology and
techniques. Skills Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to
accurately assess patient needs. Proficiency in diagnostic
evaluation techniques related to medical imaging. Understanding of
emergency medicine protocols, particularly in trauma settings
(Level I and Level II Trauma Centers). Familiarity with mammography
procedures is a plus. Knowledge of medical terminology to
communicate effectively within the healthcare team. Ability to
apply aseptic techniques consistently during patient interactions.
Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with
patients and staff. Day 5x8-Hour (06:30 - 14:30) Join our team as
an X-ray Technician where your expertise will contribute
significantly to patient care and diagnostic accuracy. Job Types:
Full-time, Contract Pay: $58.81 per hour Expected hours: 40 per
