TotalMed Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Merced, California.Job Description & Requirements

• Employment Type: Travel*These staff may be deployed to ED to care for boarded ICU patients or will work in the ICUICU FLOATS TO MS TELE AND TELE FLOORS- Unit: ICU- # beds: 20- Certs: BLS, ACLS, prefer CCRN, basic critical care course preferred, NIHSS- Ratios: 1 to 2- EMR: CernerCommon diagnosis / Types of patients: Sepsis, proficient in managing DKA hyperglycemia, PN, COPD, PCI cardiac services (not STEMI center yet), CVA, no neuro, ICU patients will recover from surgery in the ICU, versed, Propofol, norepinephrine, GI bleeds- Additional Notes: Must be comfortable w/ ABCDE bundle, ventsICU FLOATS TO MS TELE AND TELE FLOORS. Certs: BLS, ACLS, prefer CCRN, basic critical care course preferred, NIHSS.
