Job Description:
Locum Anestheisologist needed to start ASAP and work ongoing at
a Surgery Center near San Jose, CA. Must have CA license and clean
background.
Schedule: Monday - Friday. 8 hour shifts, 7am -3pm shifts, with
late start cases can go from 8am – 5pm. Occasionally we have endo
swing cases that start fairly early at 6am or are late afternoon
endo cases, but we would likely not assign this to locum but it is
good to know that these circumstances do occur at the site. Free
lunch. (There IS such a thing!)
No Call.
Cases are ENT, general surgery, cosmetics, gyn, ortho, ophto,
endoscopy. ASA 1-3 patients. Very little pediatrics.
Will be credentialed at both the Surgery Center and Hospital.
4 opertaing rooms & 2 endoscopy.
Credentialing: 30 to 45 days.
$500 referral for any candidate that works 30 days or more
$Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice
insurance with tail coverage included.
