Manager, you manage your project goals, contribute to product
strategy, and help develop your team. Teams work across various
domains such as information retrieval, artificial intelligence,
natural language processing, distributed computing, large-scale
system design, networking, security, data compression, and user
interface design. Operating at scale and speed, our software
engineers are just getting started - and as a manager, you guide
the way.With technical and leadership expertise, you manage
engineers across multiple teams and locations, oversee large
product budgets, and deploy large-scale projects internationally.At

- Set and communicate team priorities aligned with organizational
goals. Coordinate strategy, processes, and decisions across
teams.
- Establish clear expectations with team members, provide regular
feedback, and support their development.
- Develop and evolve the mid-term technical vision and roadmap
for your teams, anticipating future needs.
- Guide system design, review code, and ensure best practices are
