About the Role
We're looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to streamline,
optimize, and scale our revenue engine. This role sits at the
intersection of sales, marketing, customer experience, and
finance-helping to build a seamless and data-driven approach to how
we engage with customers. You'll be responsible for sales process
optimization, analytics, automation, and tooling to ensure our
go-to-market teams are operating efficiently and effectively.
Reporting to the VP of Operations, you'll play a key role in
enabling our teams to hit revenue goals, uncover insights, and
drive strategic decision-making. We're looking for someone with an
ownership mentality-someone who takes initiative, thrives on
accountability, and is eager to drive lasting impact across the
organization. Additionally, this role will manage one Sales
Operations team member, ensuring alignment on priorities and
execution.
Location Requirement: This role is open to candidates based in the
San Francisco Bay Area and the greater Phoenix, AZ area where you
will have the opportunity to collaborate in person with key
stakeholders as needed.

Additional Details...
Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 depending on experience and
location.
