Job Description Overview:TheTechnical Product Managementrole is
toassistthe TPMandSalesteam proactively engaging with
assigned,target and or named accounts. Collaborate and coordinate
internally with both Sales and HQ teams to come up with product
solution and strategyto meet each individual customer'srequirement
andneeds. He or she will be responsible for collectingand analyzing
feedbacks/requests from Sales and customers forserver product
linesand provide product strategy and execution
planleveragingAsusserver product portfolio, emphasizing
onEnterprise, TelcoandCloudServiceProvider
segments.Theidealcandidatemust possess extensive knowledge and
experience in related fields and proven track record with
outstanding personality and ability to function independently as
well as cross function and inter-department communication.The
person must havestrong organizational planningor problem-
solvingskills, able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,
and is able to manage multipletasks and/or projectwithout losing
focus.This personneedsto be proactivelyworking independently and
strategically to plan and execute, as well as collaboratively with
the supporting teams and tactically to reach the established goals
or achieve the assignedtasksin a timely manner.Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:Includes the following essential duties and
responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned)
- Liaise between business and technical teams (locally &
internally with HQ)per major project/account/business opportunity
and consolidate technical proposal.
- Collect and consolidate the forecasted demands from sales and
customers and provide weekly update to HQ.
- Assist Sales/Business team engaging with assigned and target
customers or named accountsat various levels. Be responsible for
majorRFP/RFQ/RFIand coordinate internally with HQto
provide/presenttechnical proposal, solution and updates to Sales
and customers.
- Coordinate and develop product roadmap together with business
and HQteamsforserver/workstation system products.
- Provide product training to internal teams, salesteamsand
customers
- Develop and deliver a clear strategyby working with bothHQ
teams andHW/SW partners from the eco systemand come up
withpotentialsolution tomeet customer's needs.
- Manage,maintainandcreatetechnical
productdocument/solutionsincludingproduct sales kit,presentation
deck and overallserver product solutions andupdatesto
Sales/Business teams.
- Participate weeklymeetingwith HQ when it's needed.Required
Qualifications:Years of Educationand Work Experience
- Minimum of 3years in technical product/project/program related
experiences.Familiar with OEM/ODM account,projectand business
process.
- Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated ability in technical product management role. Must
have experiences managinga number ofproducts or projects from
initial engagement through development discussion,EVT/DVT/POC
(proof of concept),PVT/MP,product launchand/ormass production.
- Excellent communication and presentation skill is a
mustKnowledge and Skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlookand
Salesforce.com
- Solid understanding ofODM account and business process.Familiar
withthe technology ecosystemand working knowledge of the
fundamentals of technology preferred.
- Ability to present productinformation, business opportunities
and progress to a large audience including senior management
- Ability to translate technology features into business

- Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed

- Priority setting skills and ability to multi-task in a dynamic

inbothEnglishand Mandarin is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:
- Masterdegree in related field
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin
- Proven track record of partnership and relationship with
accounts in the related industries,verticalsand regions.
- Excellent knowledge in computers/servers and the most current
technology trends Working Conditions:
- Ability to travel -up to 30% travelpotentially $100,000 -
$140,000 annually is the estimated pay range for this role working
in Fremont, California office. The final amount will be determined
based on qualifications & experience of the candidate relative to
