Your timing could not be better. We are currently looking for a Director of Operations with the ability to grow into a bigger role at our Fremont, CA location.

Well-rounded with solid operations experience in the following areas: assembly, kitting, warehouse management, digital duplication, and print.

You will have the opportunity to:
This position will have a significant influence on the company management, the direction of the company, and the difference we make to our customers and the world. This is an ideal position for a career-oriented operations leader who has an eye on progressing in a value-driven company.
You will manage all internal operational departments, including warehouse, production, duplication, fulfillment, digital print, and facilities across multiple local sites. You will be responsible for capacity and resource planning, scheduling, and maintaining KPIs and dashboards. You will collaborate with our People Team to maintain the highest learning and development levels. You will collaborate with Client Success to support customer onboarding, customer satisfaction, and customer requirements. You will be responsible for local operations cost margins. In collaboration with cost accounting and customer-facing staff, you will set pricing, capture cost ongoing, and drive costs down. We consider ourselves leaders in the supply chain, and our ability to ramp, change, and respond to market conditions is legendary. We expect you to continue to drive this aspect of supply chain agility for our operations.

Here's what you need to succeed in the role:

Increasing responsibility in manufacturing and distribution roles with multi-tier management in a people-heavy environment
Proven ability to initiate and drive change. We are looking for you to manage change from digital transformation and other strategic initiatives to more fluid tactical and operational changes. Examples of such changes would include rapid customer onboarding and associated shifts in operational needs, to managing daily fluctuations, sometimes with extremely short notice
Exceptional verbal and listening communication skills, with the proven ability to present to, interact with, and inspire small to large audiences, including communications to Clients and to the ALOM executive team
You are excited about driving impeccable quality and using ISO and QMS as an integral part of the continuous improvement
Deadline-driven while maintaining uncompromising six sigma standards and dealing with rapidly changing requirements
Supply chain management, logistics, and/or account management experience is a plus
Relevant BS and preferably an MBA (or substantial business management experience in the industry)
You will need to be local, and no relocation available.
