ResponsibilitiesCome join our team and love what you do! We are currently hiring a Temporary Full Time Director of Facilities for Fremont Hospital! The Director of Plant Operations is responsible for managing and organizing the operations of the facility including housekeeping, maintenance and grounds keeping while maintaining compliance with all applicable codes, standards of government and regulatory agencies. This position also serves as the Plant Safety/Security Officer and serves on the Safety/Risk Management Committee.Fremont Hospital is a fully accredited, 148-bed private inpatient psychiatric hospital providing quality care for children through adults. Must have experience or knowledge of Joint Commission accreditation, reading blueprints and understand Life Safety Code and OSHA Regulations along with Title 22 and Title 24 knowledge.Licensure/Certifications: Must have a valid driver's license.Additional Requirements: Must have complete knowledge of the physical plant within two weeks of hire and be able to speak fluently in front of audiences. Must be able to understand and maintain policy and procedures and documentation of Environment of Care. You may successfully complete the Fremont Hospital's non-violent Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) training course within 90 days of employment and prior to assisting with preventative intervention measures. Must be able to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
