Job Description:
Job Description We are looking for an HR Generalist /Office
manager to manage our HR functions and Support the day to
administration and Office management activities. Responsibilities
include but not limited to: HR Maintaining employee records
ensuring completion and accuracy of detail such as employee
information, job classification, pay rates,organizational structure
and other key items. Work with ADP to maintain compliance with
federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and
recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to
maintain compliance. Actively engage in staffing, organizational
development and talent management. Sourcing and recruiting
candidates as per the requirement. Coordinate the interview process
between hiring leaders and candidates Provide HR guidance/support
in the areas of: policy and process interpretation, employee
relations, employee engagement, change management and process
improvement. Assist in the development and implementation of
personnel policies and procedures; maintain the employee handbook
Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees,
and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the
appropriate staff. Process background checks and employment
verifications Help and coordinate with Immigration attorney for
VISA related requirements for potential new employees Conducting
new hire orientation and on boarding processes Establish and
monitor procedures for record-keeping. Ensure security, integrity,
and confidentiality of data and complied with law. Office
management Support the day to administration and Office management
activities Maintain a safe and secure working environment
Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by
setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the
office. Record, maintain and report the timesheets of all
employees, communicate with customer where required and the
accounts team at UK colleagues--- matters related to invoicing,
bookkeeping and customer payments Establish and monitor procedures
for record-keeping. Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality
of data and complied with law. Responsible for managing office
services by ensuring office operations and correspondences are
controlled, supplies are sufficiently available. Participate
actively in the planning and execution of company events Ensuring
that health and safety policies are up to date Competencies and
Skills required Bachelor---s degree or equivalent in HR 3 years of
Human Resources Generalist experience and office
administration/management Human Resources experience with
Engineering companies preferred. Experience with sourcing
techniques, understanding of referral programs Individuals who are
self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who
consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things
before being asked by others or forced to by events. Ability to
influence at varying levels across the organization Excellent time
management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Reliability and discretion: you will often learn of confidential
