Description: Boehringer Ingelheim Fremont is the rapidly growing US arm of Boehringer Ingelheim's Biologics Business Unit. We are a fully integrated biologics operation with over 500 scientist and specialists, covering cutting edge early- to late stage CMC development, clinical and commercial drug substance and drug product manufacturing, medical device assembly for combination products and packaging operations. Description\: This position will support the Fremont, CA site in all aspects of Enterprise Asset Management System (EAM), including but not limited to, Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) work process administration, asset management process oversight and work order execution, report generation, and SOP revision.   • Manage daily administration and execution of EAM/CMMS work process. Review incoming work orders for accuracy and format adherence to SOP, process and route work orders to appropriate resource groups from planning to closure, generate PM work orders, and maintain work order data.
  • Responsible for the accurate and timely creation of asset records and associated records that support the life cycle of assets at the site.
  • Generate various EAM reports to support business KPIs review and Quality review. Provide required reports on a routine and ad-hoc basis, ensure timely delivery of requested information.
  • Maintain point of contact for EAM business process. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in the EAM program. Author relevant SOP revisions to support compliance or business improvement to the EAM system.
  • Manage the training program for the EAM system, ensures all staff with EAM access have the proper training for their level of access. Develop and maintain the EAM Training Program.
  • Adherence to GMP documentation and procedural requirements.
  • Adherence to data integrity program requirements. Requirements\:
    • High school or equivalent required, with a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in EAM system administration in GMP facilities; Or
    • Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution, in Business, Engineering or related fields, with a minimum of three to five (3-5) years of experience in EAM system administration in GMP facilities.
    • Expert knowledge of EAM system administration and work process.
    • General knowledge of the functions of pharmaceutical manufacturing operations and the potential business impact to the site of the work being performed.
    • Ability to use business software, such as Facility Management software (EMS/CMMS), MS office suite and ERP.
    • Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation skills, and problem solving skills are required.
    • Attention to details is essential.
    • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in fast paced environment. Eligibility Requirements\:
