About the role

As a Product Manager on Growth, you will be responsible for building experiences and infrastructure to enable new ways for people to discover Weee! You will help develop our growth strategy, manage the roadmap, and lead its execution. You will drive decision-making through quantitative analysis and AB testing one day, and qualitative business cases and user stories the next. You will collaborate closely with core stakeholders from marketing, engineering, design, and data to validate your ideas and scale your successes.

We are looking for a highly scientific experimenter who is technically savvy and has sound product judgment. This individual will have broad latitude to drive changes across the product in order to make Weee! into a household name.

Responsibilities

• Own vision and product strategy to drive sustainable user growth
  
• Prioritize experiments and product changes that impact conversion, retention, and user acquisition
  
• Develop a deep understanding of our customer's journey through research, analytics, and experimentation
  
• Design programs and features to drive engagement within the Weee! community
  
  Key qualifications
  
  • 
    
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
    
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working on growth as a PM or marketer
    
  • Strong interest in data and a relentless desire to grow key metrics via experimentation and A/B testing
    
  • Excellent communicator, able to talk shop with engineering partners, collaborate cross-functionally, and execute to realize leadership vision
    
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with multiple priorities
    
  • Experience working with a remote engineering team
    
  • Conversational in Mandarin a plus
