Job Description Job Description Maintenance Technician Full-Time | On-Site | Fast-Paced Production Environment About the Role We’re seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support a high?volume operation that relies on complex mechanical and electrical systems. If you enjoy hands?on work, solving technical challenges, and keeping equipment running at peak performance, this role will fit you well. What You’ll Do Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment, mechanical systems, and facility infrastructure Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to reduce downtime and maintain workflow Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate service and repair logs Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and system improvements Follow all safety procedures and help maintain a safe working environment Collaborate with operations teams to identify recurring issues and recommend solutions What You Bring Experience in industrial or commercial maintenance Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals Solid troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Comfort working around large, fast?moving equipment Flexibility to work various shifts , including occasional overtime or weekends Strong communication skills and a team?oriented approach Preferred Qualifications Experience with boilers, pumps, motors, or automated systems Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting Welding or fabrication experience What We Offer Competitive pay Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and holidays Training and advancement opportunities A stable, growing work environment Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Turlock, CA.
