Job Description Job Description Job Title: Maintenance Technician: PLEASE TEXT MAINTENANCE MECHANIC TO 510 213 8311 IF YOU ARE INTERESTED Job Description We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on the 2nd shift from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday. This role involves performing preventative and reactive maintenance on industrial production equipment, with a focus on ensuring optimal functionality and safety. Responsibilities Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on industrial production equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical (up to 480V), pneumatic, and automation systems. Work with control systems, pumps, motors, HMIs, PLCs, palletizers, box makers, and refiners. Conduct equipment rebuilds, welding, and fabrication as needed. Maintain accurate documentation in CMMS and communicate issues across teams. Work in high-temperature environments (100–120&degree;F) and around strong odors. Lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks independently with minimal supervision. Essential Skills Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in a production setting (food or beverage preferred). Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical systems (480V), automation, and mechanical components. Experience using CMMS and maintenance inventory systems. Ability to read manuals, schematics, and line diagrams. Comfortable working with compressors, water heaters (no boilers), air lines, and 3-phase motors. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with VFD, conveyors, food production, weld, motors, PLC troubleshooting, automation systems, pneumatic systems. Knowledge of GMP compliance, HACCP knowledge, and motor and pump repair. Ability to perform equipment rebuilds and fabrication. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of American Canyon, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $33.00/hr.
