& Role Overview We’re looking for a motivated Senior Project
Engineer with expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing
(MEP) systems to join our growing team in Union City, CA. This role
is a unique opportunity to work on a mission-critical project that

Partner with project management and stakeholders to ensure
milestones, budgets, and timelines are consistently met. Manage
change orders, track progress, and assess project impacts to keep
work on course. Oversee procurement of equipment, materials, and
services, including subcontractor selection and coordination.
Prepare and assemble complete project documentation, including
submittal packages. Interpret mechanical and plumbing plans,
providing clarity and solutions when issues arise. Analyze and
resolve complex technical questions with a proactive,
problem-solving mindset. Maintain high standards of safety,
compliance, and quality across all phases of project execution.
Ideal Candidate You bring a solid foundation in MEP systems design
and operations—whether through a degree in engineering or relevant
hands-on experience. You’re skilled at reading mechanical and
plumbing plans, confident with tools like AutoCAD and Microsoft
Office, and comfortable managing the details that keep projects
moving. Most importantly, you’re a strong communicator and
collaborator who thrives on solving challenges and delivering
results.
